The People page provides the ability to create, track and manage the multitude of people that will be working in and on the Tririga platform, for example:

• People who are using resources, for example, space (employee)
• People who are performing work, such as facility condition assessments (employee)
• People who are administering the Tririga platform, for example a portfolio data manager (employee)
• People who work with the University such as architects, designers or contractors (consultants)
• People who work for companies that provide goods and services to the University (external contacts)

People are created in Tririga as:

• Employees: track and manage information related to internal employees
• Consultants:  track and manage information related to consultants who work with UC and/or utilize resources (temporary space assignment)
• External Contacts:  track and manage information related to exeternal contacts who are associated in some way with UC (customer), or work with UC (vednor company) and may also utilize resources
