ICAMP Tableau Home Page-Getting Started at Explore
The following article will show users how they may use the many features of the ICAMP Tableau Home Page.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to the ICAMP Tableau Home Page.
A. Once at the page click Explore in the menu.
- Always start at the Explore page. It will take you to the most up to date (refreshed) data sets.
Set up the Explore Page
The default view is the “Grid View." ICAMP suggests changing this to the List View.
Go to the far right of the screen:
- Click the down-arrow next to the Grid icon.
- Select List View.
The Explore Page should now look like this:
Click on the ICAMP Folder Link.
Note the ICAMP Folder contains two Tableau Workbooks
- The icon under Type indicates the item is a workbook
- The Modified time stamp this indicates the last time the workbook was updated with the latest Tririga data.
NOTE: These two workbooks are updated M-F at 6:00am and 12:00pm (spell out Monday through Friday?)
If after the 12 pm update the data between the two workbooks are not in sync then wait for the following 6 am update. This could be due to work in progress between the start of the first data extract for one workbook in Tririga and the final data extract completing for the second
Click the ICAMP DM Reporting workbook link to view the individual dashboards.
Note the following on the ICAMP DM Reporting page:
- The icon under Type indicates the item is a worksheet.
- Sheet indicates the sheet number and order.
Regardless of what sheet link you decide to click on, you will be taken to all of the contents of the dashboard and will be able to then click through each sheet as desired. For this example we are viewing The Deferred Maintenance Report.
