ICAMP Deferred Maintenance (DM) Reporting

The following article is an overview of the ICAMP DM Reporting Workbook.

  • The ICAMP DM Reporting workbook contains three different views (dashboards) that allow users to review and extract ICAMP Deferred Maintenance Opportunity data associated to the assets (BSIs) that ICAMP has inventoried at each building or infrastructure system.  However, this view does not contain asset information and does not contain all the assets in inventory
  • These views are designed for Reporting (extracting data) vs. the views in ICAMP FCA Data Visualization, which were designed more for visually exploring and examining the data.
  • Each of the views contain Opportunity data from Tririga that are in either Draft or Active status only.  

Note: These views do not include Opportunities in either Retired or Completed status.

Deferred Maintenance Report

This report view contains a detailed list of all Opportunities at Level 5, the lowest level or reporting detail and corresponds to the Level-5 asset inventory and building system classification.

State DM Report

This report  view rolls up or groups all Opportunities by Building System Level 3 and appends “Deferred Replacement, Major Repair, Renewal” tag to the system name.  

This will approximate the DM report that will be sent to the state, which by design, will include fewer line items than the DM Report, so as not to overwhelm external audiences.

DM by Facility and Color

This report view shows each Facility (Building or Infra-Structure) and the total sum of Red, Yellow, Green Opportunity Total Project Costs.

Note:  Since this is a DM view  there may likely be facilities that do not currently have deferred maintenance opportunities and therefore will not be displayed in this report
