Filtering and Searches on Tririga Forms (records)

The following will give a general example of how Tririga users would use the Filtering and Search features in a Tririga forms/records.

1. Login to Tririga and locate a record.

For example: A Space record from the Locations hierarchy.

On the Space record Tabs tool bar, click Contact Details.

Click the Add People button.

A user may add a contact person from the list in the pop-up People dialog box. You may filter your search with the following fields:

  • Full Name
  • Title
  • Work Phone
  • Work Fax
  • eMail
  • ID
  • User Name

You may generate a search after entering information into any one of the Search fields and then:

  1. Clicking the Apply Filters link
  2. Clicking the Search Field Title
  3. Pressing Enter on your keyboard

Make sure to click in the checkbox next to the name of the person you are searching for, and click the OK button.

Users may utilize this process for any search they face while using Tririga.
