Related Reports Function in List/Search Pages

You can usually find the Related Reports function in the Tririga records list, such as buildings, floors, spaces, etc.

For example: If you go to the list for Buildings in Tririga:

If you click the down-arrow next to the Select function of Related Reports, you will see a series of "sub" reports that are available for you to view. For the example of Buildings if you select Buildings - Retired, only the Buildings that have been retired in Tririga will display.

All Related Reports functionality will have the following "sub" reports listed:

  • Active
  • Draft
  • Retired
  • Review
  • In Progress
  • Revision In Progress
  • Upload Error

 

All list/search pages have this Related Reports function available to the user.
