Saving New and Updated Records in Tririga

Make sure to complete the following instructions to Save any newly created or updated record in Tririga.

1. If You Are Saving a Newly Created Record.

Login to Tririga to create a new record. For this example we are creating a new Space record.

Once all the necessary information has been entered into the new record, click the Create Draft button at the far right-hand side of the newly created record.

  • IF you still wish to continued adding information to the record, click the Save button in the choice of actions listed to the far right-hand side of the newly created record.
  • IF you wish to save and close out of the newly created record, click Save & Close button. The record will immediately close.
  • IF you want to make the record active in Tririga, click the Activate button. The record will immediately close.

    NOTE: The newly created record will ONLY be active in Tririga if the Activate button is clicked.

2. If You Are Updating an Existing Record

Open the record in Tririga.

Click the Revise button at the far right-hand side portion of the record.

Note that all of the Save options are available in the record. Make whatever changes and updates necessary to the record.

  • IF you want to to close the newly created record without saving any changes or updates, click the X button.
