Portfolio Start Page

The portfolio start page contains a comprehensive list of links to the various sections and functionality that Tririga offers. Not all of these links are currently used by ICAMP, however the most important and common links have been highlighted below and those will be the areas of the system that will be explored in more detail throughout the remainder of the next two sections of the guide

  • Portfolio Records (links highlighted in green)
    • These links will take users to the most common portfolio records used in Tririga
      • Location Hierarchy:  displays the full UC portfolio in a drill-down view and allows users to see properties, buildings, structures, floors and spaces and open the records as needed
      • Property:  displays the property records and allows the user to select and open the campus record
      • Buildings:  displays all of the building records at a given campus and allows the user to select and open records
      • Structures:  displays all of the structure (infrastructure systems) records at a given campus and allows the user to select and open records
      • Building System Item (BSI) ~Assets:  displays all of the BSIs inventoried at the campus buildings and structures
      • Manage Opportunities:  displays all of the Opportunities created at the campus buildings and structures
  • FCA Records (links highlighted in blue):
    • These links will be used when managing an active facility condition assessment project and associated tasks
      • Facilities Projects:  displays the FCA projects that have been created for buildings and structures
      • Facility Assessment Work Task:  displays the individual work task records created for each discipline (Arch, Elect, Mech) that make up an FCA project
      • Building System Inspection Items (BSIIs):  displays the list of BSIIs that are created during the FCA process
  • UC Catalog Records (links highlighted in yellow)
    • These links take the user to the two main parts of the UC Catalog
      • Building System Class:  displays the list of “assets” in the catalog
      • Assembly:  displays the list of activities and costs in the catalog
