How to Generate the Building System Class (BSC)-Assembly Review Report
The following article instructs Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) personnel on how to generate an BSC-Assembly Review Report, download the report to your computer.
This report is used to list the Catalog of Assets (BSCs) and their corresponding associated (Assemblies) Cost Estimates.
A. Login into Tririga.
B. Click the My Reports tab on the Tririga home page.
C. Click the Community tab on the My Reports page.
D. Enter BSC in the Title text field and press the Enter key or click the Apply Filters link.
E. Click the green button-document icon to the left of the BSC and Assembly Data Review report.
F. Click the Export button on the report page.
Note: This action will generate an Excel spreadsheet that will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
G. Locate the BSC and Assembly Data Review report on your computer and open the report.
You now have a report that lists all BSCs and Assemblies available in the Tririga and FieldFLEX system.
