How to Generate the Building System Class (BSC) Catalog Report

The following article instructs Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) personnel on how to generate an BSC-Catalog Report and download the report to your computer.

A. Login to Tririga

B. Click the Portfolio tab on the Tririga home page.

C. Go to the Facility Condition Assessment section and click the Building System Class link.

D. Enter the following information in the search text fields on the Building System Class page.

  • Level field: 5
  • Service Class field: Arch, Mech or Elect to see your discipline or you may leave the field blanck if you wish to see all disciplines.
  • BSC Visible field: TRUE
  • BSI Inventory Requirement field: Yes

 

E. Press the Enter key or click the Apply Filters link to generate the report.

F. Click the Export link.

Note: This action will generate the report and automatically download it to your computer.

G. Locate the (BSC) Catalog report on your computer and open the report.
