How To Generate a FCA Building Details Report
The following article shows FCA Inspectors and Quality Assurance Team personnel how to generate FCA Building Details Report.
This report enables FCA personnel to evaluate and edit inspection data to make sure it is conforming to the overall ICAMP Program Standards.
1. Go to My Reports in Tririga
A. Login to Tririga
B. Click the My Reports tab on the home page of Tririga.
C. Click the Community sub-tab on My Reports.
D. Enter Building Report in the Name test field and ICAMP in the Tag text field and click the Apply Filters link.
E. Click the document icon to the left of the FCA Building Details report.
2. The FCA Building Details Report
A. Filter your search of this report by the following field:
- Building Name
Click the Apply Filters link.
Where possible, when generating a report, always try to filter by Building Name field. Doing so will prevent working with and saving too many records at one time which can impact overall system performance.
B. This action will generate the desired report.
C. Click the Export button at the bottom of the report screen to export it to an Excel spreadsheet.
3. Editing Tririga Records Within the Report
A. The following fields in the FCA Building Details report may be edited or added to as necessary:
Editable Fields:
- GIS Latitude
- GIS Longitude
- Number of Levels
- Number of Levels Above Ground
- Number of Levels Below Ground
- Fire Sprinklers
- Building Height
For example:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Editing or adding any additional data to these fields in the report will update the records in Tririga and FieldFLEX.
4. Report Contents Reference Information
Report Contents
► Capital Asset Account Number
- Indicates the CAAN number of the building
► Task Name
- Indicates the name of the associated work task
► Model Building Type
- Indicates the model building type
► Model Building Type Name
- Indicates the model building type name
► Property
- Indicates the campus property of the building
► Building Name
- Indicates the name of the building
► GIS Latitude
- Indicates the latitude coordinates of the building
► GIS Longitude
- Indicates the longitude coordinates of the building
► Number of Levels
- Indicates the total number of levels
► Number of Levels Above Ground
- Indicates the number of levels above ground
► Number of Levels Below Ground
- Indicates the number of levels below ground
► Fire Sprinklers
- Indicates whether or not the building has fire sprinklers
► Building Height (Feet)
- Indicates the building height (in feet)
