1. Open the Property Record
Click the Area Measurement tab.
The Property Area Measurements section will display for this Property:
- Gross Area
- Rentable Area
- Usable Area
- Rentable Area (Imperial)
- Usuable Area (Imperial)
- Rentable Area (Metric)
- Usable Area (Metric)
The UC Property Area Measurements section will display the entire Assignable Area on the Property.
- Assignable Area
- Circulation Area
- Covered Unenclosed Area
- Non-Assignable Area
- Custodial Area
- Mechanical Area
- Parking Area
- Public Area Toilet Area
The UC Building Area Measurement Details section will display for this property:
- Outside Gross Area Federal
- Outside Gross Area UC
- State Funding
- Student Funding Area
- Other Funding Eligible Area
A list of all the Property Locations, such as Buildings and Structures in the Property Locations section of the record.
