Last EFA Year: How to Find and Manage at a Building Record in Tririga

Click Portfolio.

Go to the Locations section and click Location Hierarchy.

Locate and open the Building record from the Hierarchy.

In the Building record, General tab, locate the UC Details section.

Indicates the last date (year) space data was sent to EFA for annual UCOP/State reporting purposes.

Year - will be autopopulated by Tririga based on final submission date to UCOP/EFA Inventory Procoess.
