How to Assign Tririga Permissions at the People Record
1. Login into Tririga
2. From the Main Menu
Click Portfolio.
3. Go to the People section
Click Employees.
Locate the name of the person who needs Tririga permissions assigned to them and click on the link in the Employee Records page.
Click the Revise button at the far right hand side of the Employee record.
Click the Profile tab on the Employee record toolbar.
Enter the Employee's Tririga User Name in the TRIRIGA Account section and click the Active TRIRIGA check box.
Click the Add button in the Group Details section.
Type the name of the Tririga group to be assigned to this employee via the Group Name field in the Group Details dialog box and press enter.
Place a check in the check box next to the group the employee needs to be assigned to in Tririga, then click OK.
The selected group will display in the Group Details section.
Go to the License Details section and click the Add button.
Place a check in the check box next to the Tririga license to be assigned to this, then click OK.
Click the Save or Save & Close button as needed. Click the Activate button to make the record active in Tririga.
