Click the spy-glass find icon to the far right of the Floor Class field to select the Floor Class for this new floor (In this case Mezzanine Floor).
Add the following:

- Gross Measured Area
In the Floor Measurements section.
Scroll to the top right of the new Mezzaine Floor record and click the Create Draft button.
Click the Activate button.
The new Mezzanine Floor record will now display in the Building Hierarchy.
Important Note: IF the Mezzanine attached to a specific floor is of a higher in elevation than the floor itself, then you may create a Floor record with a 7.1 entry in the Floor Level field of the Details section. But IF the Mezzanine AND Floor are at the same elevation, or level, then the entry in the Floor Level field of the Details section will be equal, in the case of the example above, Floor Level 7.
