View Current Use Space Classification (Assignable and Non-Assignable Room Categories)
1. Login to Tririga
Click Tools on the tool bar of your Home Page.
In the Tools-Application Administration section of the Tools page and click Classifications.
For this example, scroll down the Classifications hierarchy and click the expand icon next to Space Class Current.
Explore the classes and subclasses under Space Class Current.
Select Classroom from the list and click Open.
Note the ID and Name fields of the Space Class Current: Classroom record.
Note the following fields under the UC Details section:
- Room Standard code
- Station Counts Required
- Does the space need to be marked as Non-Assignable
Note the OSCRE mapping to new IFMA-BOMA section.
Indicate how space should be "rolled-up" under OCSRE/IFMA framework for Building Area Measurements (vs. EFA Area Measurements)
2. View Current Use Space Classification (Non-Assignable Room Categories)
Go to the Classifications hierarchy and view the classes and subclasses under Non-Assignable Space.
To view additional details about a Non-Assignable records, click the plus button for Circulation.
For example, select Circulation (Space Class Current) under Circulation and click Open.
Note the following sections of a Non-Assignable Space category record:
- General
- UC Details
- Details
- OSCRE mapping to new IFMA-BOMA
