Master Plan Code: How to Find and Manage at a Building Record in Tririga

1. Login to Tririga

Click Portfolio.

Go to the Locations section and click Location Hierarchy.

Locate and open the Building record from the Hierarchy.

In the Building record, General tab, locate the UC Details section.

2. Definition:

Code indicating status of building consistent with a long-range physical development plan (also known as master plan, long-range development plan, LRDP) or other planning document used by a campus.

All buildings must be assigned a valid code, regardless of whether or not they are included in a master plan.

3. Field Values:

'P' Permanent: a building constructed, acquired, or leased for long-term use with no expectation of removal

'O' Obsolete: a permanent building now deemed unsuitable for long-term use.

'I' Interim: a building constructed, acquired, or leased for limited-term use.

'R' Re-locatable: an interim building on a foundation of demountable construction, such as blocks or jacks.
