How to Allocate Space to a Department
1. Login to Tririga
2. Open the Space record that needs to have a department allocated to it.
Click the Revise button at the top of the just opened Space record.
In the Occupancy Allocations section of the Space record, click the Find button.
Locate the Department that needs to be allocated to this Space record in the pop-up dialog box, and place a check in the check box next to the desired Department, then click the OK button.
Enter the number of stations for this Department in this specific space in the Stations field.
If the Space is being loaned to an occupant by another department, click the spy-glass icon near the On Loan From field to select that department and click OK button in the pop-up dialog box.
You may allocate more than one Department to this space if necessary by clicking the Find button above the section and follow the same steps as selection the initial Department.
Also enter the number of stations for this Department in this specific space in the Stations field.
If the total space is not evenly divided by the number of occupant departments, enter in the respective percentages of the area allocated to each department in the Overide fields, and change the number of stations if necessary, click the Save button at the top of the record to refresh.
If a Department needs to be removed from the Space record, click the check box next to the Department that will be removed and click the Remove button.
Click the Activate button to save the Space record.
