EFA Basic Gross Area - How to Find and Manage at a Building Record in Tririga
1. Loging to Tririga
Click Portfolio.
Go to the Locations section and click Location Hierarchy.
Locate and open the Building record from the Hierarchy.
In the Building record, Area Measurements tab, locate the EFA Building Area Measurements section.
2. Definition:
The sum of all area, finished and unfinished, on all floors of an enclosed structure, i.e., within the environmentally controlled envelope, for all stories or areas which have floor surfaces.

3. Field Values:
User populated from EFA process, not rollup of a individual space area measurements (ASF+NASF+Structural).
