Click Portfolio.

Go to the Locations section and click Location Hierarchy.

Locate and open the Building record from the Hierarchy.

Locate and open the Floor record. 

Locate and open the Space or Room record.

In the Space or Room record, General tab, locate the Occupancy Allocations section.

Code indicating to which National Science Foundation discipline a UC facilities department is assigned for purposes of the biennial NSF "Survey of Academic Research Facilities".

Occupancy refers to the actual department occupying the space; Assignment refers to the department who is responsible for the space2
