How to Create and Manage a Property record

1. Login to Tririga

2. From the Main Menu

Click Portolio and then Locations.

Drill down the Locations Hierarchy list to locate the Location Category (i.e., the UC Campus) where a new property needs to be added.

Click New from the Hierarchy tool bar, and then select Property from the drop-down menu.

3. Enter information in the following fields of the newly created Property record:

Enter in the Name of the new Property record, and add a Description of the new Property if necessary.

Enter the necessary Property details in the Details section.

Enter the necessary measurement Units for the new Property record in the Units section.

Enter a primary address for the new Property record in the Primary Address section.

Enter a Primary Phone Number if available.

Enter the Property's geography information in the Geography section.

Add the cost index information for this new Property record in the UC Cost Index section.

Scroll to the top right of the new Property record and click the Create Draft button.

Click the Save & Close button.

The new Property record will now display in the Locations Hierarchy.

NOTE: If you are updating information in a Property record that has already been created, ensure you click the Revise button at the top right-hand corner of the record before making any changes/updates.
